Beginning of my new career

Alhamdulillah me and friends company have founded which name is CV. Agile Solutions Indonesia. the company was established in Bandung, my college city. i assigned in the company as Director I by running role to conducts for any matters relating on Business and Enterprise decision, such as howto positioning the company in IT business market, look for any business opportunity. but almost time i going down to operating operational tasks, managing project development, ....

no progress on today... eeeuuhhh...

waduh ini warning buat saya, dimana hari ini saya blum ada progress to compliting my tasks in list.

ini bahaya buat saya. ini bakal buat produktivitas saya become down and down. ini nggak bagus buat kesehatan performa saya. 

trus apa yang harus to change next ahead..?

1. i have to make rencana / skejul daily.  where is each schedule item must be defined clearly, measurable, visible to do.

2. pray in first time i come to office, it will help to focusing my mind to do work well.

3. do the items in calm, focus, and always in fresh mind.

and what's next...?
